Glorifying God and Sharing the Transforming Love of Jesus Christ with Everyone

St John's Ev. Lutheran Church - Church | Anderson, IN h1

Serving our Lord and savior

A church is only as great as the staff who leads it. At St John's Ev. Lutheran Church, we are blessed to have a large staff who truly cares about serving the Lord.

Everyone from Pastor Manning to our Kitchen Committee works hard to make our church a warm and welcoming place for everyone. If you've never been to church before, stop by and see us. We'd love to welcome you to our congregation!

Pastor Manning

After being ordained in 1998, Pastor Manning accepted the call to serve at St John's Ev. Lutheran Church in September of 2004. Together with his spouse, Libby, and their 3 children, they work hard to promote the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Get involved in the church

There's nothing quite like the feeling of giving back. If you'd like to do a bit more than just visit for Sunday services, ask us about our volunteer opportunities that include the Altar Guild, Church Council, Kitchen Committee, Choir, Sunday School Staff, and much more.

In addition to our regular church staff, we also employ a full staff of early childhood professionals in our preschool.
